Comment:
I liked the full vinyl frame and sash, but from the first year, the windows began to fog up on the inside. Almost all of the windows by year eight are foggy and will have to be replaced. No warranty because the company went out of business.

Comment:
Most glass failed within 6 months and company was unable to provide new glass because they are basically out of business and not responding to any warranty issues. The windows also leaked from day one. The price reflects the value in this window. It may work for a tool shed but DO NOT put these windows in your hoouse. I ended up replacing all of them, this time I brought the CertainTeed windows and have had great results with them. Avoid cheap windows.

Comment:
Had 10 installed by [...]. 4 have been replaced due to moisture developing between the glass. A fifth has warped. The company that makes them has gone out of business but [...] has replaced them with another manufacturers window. At this rate I am sure all the windows will need replacing. My older vinyl windows built by Harvey are still going strong but they were the top of their line. Be leery of their cheap model.
