Disappointed

Pros
Fits In A Normal Fixture
Good Lighting
Cons
Makes noise
Best Uses
Comment:
Bought six of these to replace six 60W incandescent bulbs in a six-bulb fixture that my children like to leave on for hours at a time in the bathroom. I changed out two so I could compare the new bulbs to the existing bulbs. The light they emitted was equivalent but they both made an annoying humming noise. One was louder than the other. Maybe it is the type of fixture I have. Had no idea that noise might be an issue.

Comment:
A sales clerk at Home Depot recently told me that you should NOT combine incandescent and CFL or LED bulbs in the same fixture and mentioned that it is stated right on the packaging. This may be the source of your problem and hence poor review.

Very Satisfied With Color
Cons

Best Uses
Any 60 Watt Replacement
Comment:
This is not recommended because of price. I paid less than $20 for mine so price is not a good reason to not recommend this bulb. I have used them all over the house and outside.

More than six months
Bottom Line
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
