Strength
emit light
Weakness
never shut off.
I bought 3 of these. None would shut off even after shining a bright flashlight into the cell.Dont understand when theyre supposed to shut off. Certainly not when its light out.Definately taking them back and buying an intertmatic brand.Phillips usually makes good things, but these really suck!
