Multiple Coats Okay
I have used other top-rated paints during the last 5 years with excellent results. This paint does not belong in that category. The sheen with one coat is somewhat uneven, and any places two coats are applied show up as shinier.
I do not skimp when applying paint and am accustomed to much better one-coat results.

I do not recommend this product.

Best Uses
I bought a gallon of this paint for my bedroom. I removed all nails and staples and tape. I patched and sanded all holes. I also washed down the walls and baseboards with TSP. It has been just over 3 months and my paint still scratches off with my fingernail.

My father had his living room and dining room painted with this paint well over a year ago and it also scratches off with a finger nail. I can not vouch for how well these walls were prepped.

I contacted Behr about the issue and they said it takes four weeks for the paint to cure. They said they would refund my money if I was able to provide a receipt and proof of purchase.

Best Uses
Only primed one wall of the four due to wallpaper just removed and had not been painted before. This paint went on well and covered nicely. The other 3 walls were a tan color. Really would not have needed the second coat but did just to be safe. Probably the easiest time I have had painting any wall in my house.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
