Replaced a Canadian brand architectural shingle that failed after 15 years despite a 25 year guarantee. I went with a certified certainteed installer and couldn't be happier. The withstood 100 mph plus winds this year with no problems. I especially like the winter guard shield that they installed. I am just starting my 7th year and so far it still looks as good as the they they were installed.

Used it over a new thermalshield substrate. Light color. Reduced heat buildup in roof substantially. Seems like a quality material. So far, has held up well. Was relatively easy to install. Looks good. and is a nice light color without being white. Birchwood, with shadow Ridge.<br />It was not my first choice but better quality shingles are hard to find in quantity in my area.
