Comment:
I purchased Flood stain several years ago thinking it was a good product. I plained my entire deck less than 1 year ago and stained it with 2 coats of Sedona by Flood. The deck needs to be refinished. I would not recommend this stain.

Comment:
I have a 16 X 24 foot 8 feet off of the ground with stairs that took us a week to stain. By the spring of the next year it was picking and pealing. I am now faced with stripping and restaining. Pay a little more and get a good stain.
