Wife loves my cooking. Since 2006 I have purchased 6 pans for home and as gifts. Use everyday. These are great pans and still work perfectly. I always sponge wash by hand and use no-scratch utensils. 4 stars only because of cost and need to handle carefully.

My husband purchased the saute pan for me as a gift several years ago. I absolutely loved it because of all the reasons above, (easy to clean, even cooking, etc.) so I quickly looked for a good excuse to get ride of my old cookware and replace it with several more Berndes' pieces. Recently, I had trouble with the surface of one pan and went to the website, figured how to contact the company, and got a new replacement. The website had all the information I needed, customer service was very helpful, and within about 10 days, I received my replacement. Very, very happy with the product and the company!

Purchased this product on the advice of an employee of Bed Bath & Beyond. The Signocast Cookware is lightweight but very durable. The pots distribute heat evenly and have not had problems with hot spots or burns. The bakeware is phenoomenal. We use the rectangular pan for for roasting and baking. It is amazing how this cleans up. I can also say the same for the covered casserole dishes.<br />One word of warning, the surface can scratch easily. Instructions caution about using metal utensils. While the price may seem a little high it is well worth it and the Signocast Cookware if used properly will be the last cookware you have to buy.
