Comment:
We've had this pot/pan set for going on six years. In the last year the Teflon coating has begun flaking off in the pots and pans that see every day use. The frying pans have been warped for several years, which is really annoying on a glass-topped stove.

Yesterday I purchased the 12 and 8 ceramic coated fry pans. The ceramic coated pans are supposed to be able to be used w/o adding fat. I fried kielbasi in the 12 and it did stick. Also, when removing the pan from the flat cooktop the outer finish of the pan began chipping off. I am returning the pans today.

Comment:
I've used Calphalon Simply Nonstick for over two years now as my basic cookware. They are great for the price and okay for lightweight use. After a few uses, though, I tended to look for other pans because these tend to warp on the bottom. Since I use a glass top stove, that is a bit bothersome because I know that it'll cause a waste of heat transfer and uneven heating - which means I have to compensate. So, for the budget cookware, these are great, but if one has the money, I'd go for something with a more substantial floor/bottom that'll fit flush to the burner/stovetop.
