Comment:
Out of the package with no seasoning and no meat contact eggs slipped for first two cooking sessions without oil. After light spray (no cheap dollar store watered sprays) Meat cooking will slightly, but permanently affects surface chemical construction and anti-stick. PTFE and PFOA are affected greater by meats at high browning temperatures. If you want to keep a great egg pan; ONLY cook eggs and vegetables. Vegetable oil is the best anti-stick oil in this and any pan due to the bad fats being the most effective component, but you may use a lot less with practice.
