Comment:
I use the large frying pan, the small frying pan and the double pan which may be for pancakes, but I make eggs, eggbeaters, pancakes, tortilla recipes and more using this pan. I use the large pan almost exclusively, but I do use a spray oil. I have had these pans for well over a year now and I use them daily> I am very happy with them!

I love this product. I got mine on clearance so I only paid half of regular price. I got the x-large skillet with two handles. You need to 'season' the pan before using it. I do use a spray or oil in it even though it says you don't have to. You will need to have a very large lid. Fortunately, I have an x-large multi-fit lid I can use if I need one. I love the clean-up; rinse, soap, rinse and dry. It recommends you do not use the dishwasher.

Comment:
Never did I put in dishwasher. It was seasoned according to directions, but the back covering is coming off when it is washed. It comes off on the sponge. It is now mostly a pretty silver (aluminum) color. The inside is now starting to have things stick to it, but I use a spray (pam) on it. Today, I threw it in the trash. Would NEVER buy product again.
