Bought this pan as my workhorse, my go-to pan. Was highly recommended in specialty cooking store. After about six months of use, pan started to stick even though I made special effort not to use it on high heat. I wonder if this pan should be recommended for electric burners where heat is difficult to control. I would advise Consumer Reports to let cooks test this item, not engineers. The real test is using pan over a period of time.
