Comment:
We purchased this knife set for our vacation home because I did not want to spend the money for a good set of Cutco knives for part-time living. I am sorry that I did not invest in another set of Cutco. The Chicago Cutlery knives need sharpening almost with every use. We have had the set for close to a year and I am starting to see corrosion on these knives. I am very disappointed that CR chose to totally ignore Cutco knives. The set at my primary home is 10 years old and yest to be sharpened. They are just now getting to the point where I will send them back to the factory for a free sharpening. I guess you get what you pay for.

Comment:
This set is our main cutlery set. Nice balance, grip and feel. Works nicely when sharp, however, it dulls quickly. I have to sharpen at least every six months. No complaints other than the need for frequent sharpening.
