I bought the 10-inch chef's knife and was blown away. It cuts as well as my Wustof Classic and is well-balanced. The handle could be a little more comfortable, though. Otherwise, I love the feel of it. As for how sharp it stays, I may give an update on that later. Unbelievable price at [...]
