I bought a few sets online with coupon codes and ebay specials. I got 8 knives for about $25. Great deal.

The slicer (purple) makes a great knife for butchering tenderloins and strips. The blue one is great for fileting fish. The yellow (citrus) and green (paring) are amazingly perfect for their tasks.

They also make a sandwich knife (not shown here) that is perfect for slicing bread, or spreading condiments.

This is all in a commercial environment. Rough treatment, heavy(!) use and they hold up very well. My only complaint is that the blade is too thin for a good santoku, or the French Chef's knife. Other than that, they are perfectly serviceable knives. With the right internet deals, they are a steal for value.

Comment:
I bought a set from Costco. After a few months of casual but regular use, more than half of the knives in the set are now quite dull. I have diligently obeyed all the instructions about washing and storing, etc. Maybe it's a bad batch, but still in my experience they are vastly overrated. However, they are very pleasantly colorful, that's about the best that can be said about them.
