Love the knives for all cutting jobs. Meat, bread and veggies - they all work great. I'm very happy with them. I wash the classic set by hand but put the Silverpoint paring knives (I have 5 of them) in the dishwasher.

Comment:
The bread knife and steak knives are good with this set. Paring knives okay. The rest are not. Basically, this is affordable Wustoff. However, the chef's knife cannot hold an edge. Constantly goes dull. A buffet knife and a utilty knife come with the set, but I rarely use them. I wish I had spent the money on a very good set
