Comment:
We bought a full set of these knives and we love them! They stay sharp a long time, and when they do need to be sharpened, a few strokes of the steel and they are as good as new. They feel very good in your hand, and look good too. I wish we would have made this investment years ago.

Comment:
I received a gift of a set of three of these Henckels in 1985 and have used them pretty much daily for almost 30 years now. I do need to get a professional sharpening done about twice a year, but that helps keep my knives sharp enough to easily trim nose hairs.

My only caveat to add is that the user needs to pay close attention to what she or he is doing, because one could otherwise lose finger.

All in all, I wouldn't trade these knives for any other and have been more than satisfied with them for a long time now.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
