If You Liked Seared Medium Rare Steaks..
5/6/2012
Pros
Easy To Cleanup
Easy To Use
Great Design
Short Grill Time
Cons
Best Uses
Great Searing
Small Gatherings
Comment:
If you like a seared medium rare steak-crusty on the outside and red on the inside-, you cannot beat this grill. This grill cooks like a charcoal grill by directly grilling the surface of the food as opposed to a traditional gas grill that heats the surrounding air like an oven and bakes the food. Grilling at temperatures of upwards of 1000 degrees takes practice, but once you master it you will never go back to a traditional gas grill. Finally, people who like their meat baked as opposed to grilled may not like the results of this grill.

Cons
Bad Starter

Comment:
Fell over in the wind within a week of when we got it. Had to replace all the controls at our expense and tie the back to the deck to keep it from falling over again. Very difficult to clean and the drip tray fills up immediately. Water comes into grilling area when it rains. The grates are poorly designed and holds drips in the edges. Very uneven cooking.
