Return policy: With receipt, within 90 days for items returned. Without receipt within 90 days, store will try to find receipt if paid by
credit card, debit card, or check. Without receipt, store credit or refund applied to store's credit card issued based on
lowest selling price. After 90 days, store credit or refund is applied to store credit card. Exceptions: air conditioners,
generators, electronics, and furniture must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or defected items must be reported
within three days. Gas-powered equipment must be returned within 30 days with a receipt. After that, item can be sent out
for repair at customer's expense, unless covered under warranty.
Restocking fee: 15% for some special-order returns.
ID required? Personal information is needed for returns without receipts.
Returns tracked? "Information is used to track nonreceipted return activity." Company says this does not affect future returns.
Online refund policy: Most items may be returned within 90 days of delivery. Excluding major appliances, items cannot be returned to stores. See
