Nice size, looks good. After 9 monthes, mechine makes all kids of noise (belt, Bearings). Have replaced bearing set 3 times, works great for about 6 monthes then its time to take it apart and fix the noise. Lucky I found place to replace bearings for about a quarter the price nordic track sells them for. Tired of listening and doing service of this unit.

purchased this product after Thanksgiving 2011 paid for professional setup & extended warranty. After 3 months use it began to make alot of noise. Called Customer Care number which is contracted out to Icon, they have sent 4 techs to work on it the last one said the washers are cracked and several bolts are so rounded out that he could not fix it, he called his company Goconfigure on my speaker phone, they said, they were ordering parts to replace virtually all the parts that could squeak. After a week I called Icon they informed me they were turning it back over to NordicTrack for remediation as it had become to expensive for them to fix! Still no response from NordicTrack and they will not post my review of their product on their website! After paying for a product with a two year parts & labor warranty, I am very disappointed in this machine since it only worked correctly for a little over 3 months! And wasting so many hours on the phone, after being placed on hold, waiting for their return calls, being told they had lost records of my calls, waiting for parts that never arrived, etc. I am still waiting to be contacted by NordicTrack as I believe I have been more than patient with this matter!

Comment:
This ACT is helping me get my breathing extended to exercise longer. Great for the thigh muscles and easy on the knees.<br />I t is lowering my max heart rate which got off the chart in my early use of the machine. Now I can exercise longer and the max rate peaks later in the exercise.
