Comment:
Highly recommend that you have this unit delivered and assembled (it's very heavy). This was included free with my sale purchase. The assemblers are just that, they assemble the unit but will not make any fine tuning adjustments of the unit. Luckily we had purchased the extended warranty and maintenance plan. The belt was not quite centered after assembly and on the 1st use of the treadmill I found that the pulse rate monitor was not working or the iFit workout selections. I called it in and a new console was sent right out and they also contacted the maintenance man. After I replaced the console it had similar problems. I discussed this with the maintenance man and he said in general that these pulse rate monitors are one of the major complaints. Beside the console control issues with iFit functions the rest of the unit works great so far. So I've decided to go to an alternative pulse rate monitor and I'm still hopeful to get these iFit functions working on the console. Wish NordicTrack had better manuals that go into better details of making use of the console. A PFD doc on their main web site would go a long ways.
How long have you owned it:
A month or less
Bottom Line
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
