Comment:
This is by far the best investment I've made. It cut my mowing time from about 90 minutes to 40 minutes! The steering wheel is much easier to keep a straight line than the lap bar models. I have read the negative reviews about the exhaust and the mulching problems but I haven't had either of these issues. Only problem I had was the mulch guard came of and got destroyed by the powerful blades. Cub Cadet sent a new one free of charge and after simply adding a nut to the stud that connect it, I have had no more issues. Overall, this is a great well built mower!

Using ths mower for about one year. Mower puts down a beautiful event cut. Mulches great, much better than the large lawn tractors I have used in the past.
Machine mowing deck is easy to remove, great blade access.
This zero turn mower feels safe and solid on small slopes. Easy maintenance.
Tilt stearing would be nice.

Cub Cadet RZT-S 46 inch deck....
Starts and steers great....
The exhaust system literally burns the grass if you stop moving only for a short time.
I have numerous one foot long brown spots in the lawn from this mowers exhaust.

I installed the mulch plug and mulching blades on this 46 inch deck...the mowing deck acts as if it has a blower in the front of it!!...it blows everything away from the mowing deck !!!
The lawn does not have the just mowed look.

I have a Toro 38 inch mower with mulch blades and mulch plug, it grooms the lawn and actually sucks loose leaves into the mower deck.

I re-mowed lawn with the Toro and it mulched all the loose leaves and the lawn had that neatly groomed just mowed look.

So much for mulching dry loose leaves with this Cub Cadet mower!!

Poor design of the exhaust and the mower deck !!
