Comment:
This leaf blower was the best one I've owned for about a 10 months, after that it wouldn't stay running, became hard to start, had to have a full tank of gas to run little better, next it became hard to keep running, after that I could get it to only fire with the choke on and manual priming, (squirting in fuel with a syringe), but then it would quickly die and the priming bulb was not picking up fuel. I notice fuel leaking out where the fuel lines ran into the gas tank when I pumped the primer bulb so I took it apart and found that where the two clear fuel lines pass through a black rubber grommet and into the tank: the fuel lines had compressed to where they were nearly pinched-off and the composition of these clear fuel lines was discolored and crumbling. It was like there was a bad reaction between the clear fuel lines and this black rubber grommet as in no other location was this noted. Dissolved bits and pieces of the clear fuel lines were also found in the bottom of the gas tank along with the fuel line that picks up the fuel as it had completely separated. I've used the same two stoke mix, (high end name brand two stroke oil and premium gas, no alcohol), out of the same bottle for many years on many different engines and never seen this problem. I can only attribute this to the clear fuel lines and the black rubber grommet being a bad combination. I repaired the blower by using two automotive fuel line unions to rejoin the dissolved fuel lines, added gas: three pushes on the primer bulb, two pulls on the rope and it started, just like brand new. I was lucky as I could fix this myself, many Folks would have to take this in and have it repaired, shouldn't have to do this on a year old leaf blower so I give it one star.

Comment:
I've owned this blower for about 6 months now. I have a third of an acre in a suburban development. I purchased this to blow grass and leaves. When it ran, it worked well.

But it is difficult to keep running. It stalled often, and lately after it stalls it won't stay running. I'm not much of an engine guy, but after about 15 uses, I would think it would be easier than this to keep the engine running. It's just not worth it.

Comment:
I use it to blow cut grass off the sidewalk and driveway and to blow and mulch leaves in the fall. Plenty of blowing force. The mulching works well once you get the hang of it. The leaves have to be dry and hold the suction tube at the top of the pile instead of sticking deep in the pile. This helps prevent clogging. Using it for mulching can be a chore on your back with the need to hold it at the proper angle but that's any mulcher of this design. Had it two years with no issues. I would buy it again.
