Comment:
My driveway here in Wisconsin is about 16x80. Clears away fairly deep snowfalls in roughly a half hour. Headlight is great as I often have to get out at 4:30 am.

At this price at can't think of anything negative. It's built a lot sturdier than the 24 snowblowers at the entry level. There were some decent ones that I could have paid $600.00 for, but I decided to fork over an extra $200.00 for the obvious upgrade and I'm not disappointed.

Comment:
Starts well works ok in a couple of inches of snow. When I attempt to tackle the plowed portion at the end of my driveway, it misfires, almost stalls, hardly blows any snow and black smoke pours out the exhaust. Ariens, after building 3 million of these, are clueless as to what the problem could be and want me to be the sucker that has to bring it back and forth to the repair center, at a cost of $75 each time untill they throw enough part at it to fix the problem. The repair dealer has never seen this problem in 20 Years of repairing Ariens snowblowers. Ariens service sucks
