Comment:
I agree with all of the previous, positive reviews.

One item not yet mentioned is the estimated $680 price versus actual price. Sears has run at least two circulars with a $499 price for this model off of a $750 list price since Thanksgiving.

Also, a large snow blower is not something you could easily toss in the truck to take in for service. For $240, I purchased a 5 year on-site repair/replace warranty which is fully refundable in the first two years.

I waited to purchase the warranty until after the initial purchase so that I could apply my Sears Points to the warranty purchase price.

Very important to lower this unit all the way down on skids or it will not get all the snow.

Picked it up at Sears in the middle of a significant snow fall. Got home, and in less than 20 min I was up and running and clearing the driveway.

Next morning I adjusted the skid feet to clear down to the ground... and now I have a clean driveway! IT Tom me lo ver to vean up for the cold than it did to clear my driveway (about 4 to 6 cars in size).

The start was as easy as it gets ( even the recoil start is easy in the cold).
The chute is easy to aim, and the self driven wheels make it easy to drive too.

I love it. Being a professional female I was really tired of shoveling before I could go to work. I now love going out to do the driveway with my SB except listening to my neighbor who says she doesn't like the blowing snow--It was a freakin blizzard!
