Comment:
I have used this snowblower three times this season, most recently to extricate ourselves from 30+ inches of snow this past weekend. I can't say enough good things about it. Easy to start, cleans to the pavement, throws sufficiently to get snow up and over a four foot or higher snowbank, efficient engine. I am a novice user and love the safety controls, and easy to understand starting process, especially the electric starter. I did have some issues with the packed snow at the end of the driveway, but learned to chip away a little at a time, and the snowblower did a great job. Important to note, this is NOT industrial strength equipment. My only complaint would be that the chute control could be a little closer to the other controls for ease of use.

Comment:
only used it once last year....went to start it this year and the tire was flat again just like it was when it came out of the box. I noticed if you tilted it back that gas would flow all over the rear wheels. I returned to sears for warranty service. I was told that the carb was leaking an obvious manufacturing defect but that the carb was not covered under warranty and that the flat tire wasn't either. unbelievable...since when does manufactoring defects not covered by warranty.

i have owned this snowblower for over three years. Sturdy and reliable. Had it serviced by Sears the first couple years, but i serviced it last Fall. This is a durable machine, with solid parts, and an ease of maneuverability despite its weight. i would easily recommend it to friends.
