i have had this thing 2.5 years. first year the gas lines had dry rot. second year no start at all. contacted Ariens i am just out of warranty (of course). on my own to fix. Parts are very hard to get in Washington state. have to order from their suggested site for best deal for parts. from day 1 of ownership i have had problems starting it. the machine is great for what it does, but the engine itself is no good.
