Comment:
Struggled with old snow blowers trying to tackle the 25 inch Blizzard of 2013 in Boston. My neighbor lent me his Sno Tek 24 and this machine cut into the snow like it wasn't there. Snow was falling over the top of the bucket and I waited for it to clog or quit. No chance. This machine just ate the snow for lunch and threw it far and wide and over the tops of some fairly high snow banks with it's high chute design. Small machine for any big snow.

Comment:
I purchased based on Consumer Report recommended list and had to take back two blowers. The first snow blower auger would not even move so I took back for a new one. After one use the blower sounded like a freight train, the discharger moved without notice, the auger handle did not stay down, so had to use two hands constantly. I returned second blower and moved on to a Toro. Save your time and do not even bother with the Sno-Tek.

Comment:
I purchased it assembled. I use it along the benches of the Wasatch front in Utah. The chinese engine has plenty of torque. The only thing I did so far is to lubricate the chute thrower. Well built, ideal size for power and maneuravelity.
