Performs just fine. Bought it for the wife because of the electric start. I was skeptical about the [*] engine, but so far, so good - no problems.It's an [@] for $100 less because of the [*] engine. Otherwise identical.Free shipping from HD and free assembly and setup by a local dealer were a real plus. No muss, no fuss.

Throws very far, engine handles lots of snow but not sure how it would do with really heavy snow. Very happy given the price. It's an Ariens snow blower so you can't go wrong. The engine is a Chinese model with not as much HP as some models but it performs quite well.
