Used for first time today. Battery lasted long enough to do whole yard, started to slow down towards the end. I used it to edge my .25 acres along sidewalks, landscaping and fence line. It worked as well as my corded Black and Decker. Enough power to go through some tall weeds/grass near my brush pile, but barely. I can tell it is not a strong as the corded.

The biggest problem was the balance. It put some unexpected strain on my wrist. On the plus side, it had enough adjustments to head angle, shaft length and handle to make the balance better by the end. I was able to edge along my driveway one handed.

The guide bar worked great. I had broke the guide bar from my old unit and this one works better than I remember. I was able to slide it along landscape timbers for perfect edging.

I didn't run out of line like I always did with my corded trimmer.

It sounded like a thunder storm was moving in and I loved that I could just walk inside when I was done and not have to coil up the two extension cords I usually use.

I am looking forward to using it again and perfecting the balance and settings to make it work even better.
