Comment:
I have owned a 128LD for about 2 years. The trimmer has been used less than 15 times, and I have had to replace the recoil starter 4 times. This trimmer is a piece of junk. Save your money.

Well protected machine. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. I picked this machine up after returning a Troy Bilt. TB was hard to start and too heavy for me. The Husqvarna isn't light but seemed to be better balanced. Since it was easy to start I wasn't tired by the time I got it started like the TB. I have cut done some pretty tall and tough stuff in my back yard with the Husqvarna and was surprised how tough it was. Well priced at [@]

Comment:
I bought this due to the ratings and the brand's name. It ran great the first season for edging and trimming. Beginning of the second season the start string return mechanism broke. The manufacturers' web site had other similar complaints. The home improvement dealer does not repair these units on site and would have to send out for repairs. I took my mine to a manufacturer's authorized dealer who informed me that the part that broke was not covered under the 1 year warranty. They repaired the unit for a charge. So far it is running great again. I hope my replacement part holds up longer than the original.
