Comment:
I have owned this model for around three years. I bought many of the attachments so I use it for cultivating, tree trimming, weed and grass trimming, and blowing the driveway and walkways clean. One common complaint with this model is that the string breaks inside the cutter housing and it is difficult to rethread. This was the case for me until I started using round string. String with ridges along its length breaks and just will not work. That isn't mentioned in the instruction manual. Since changing to the round line, I have not had to open the cutter head to unjam line in over two years. Also the instruction manual is incorrect or unclear on how replace the line. There is a youtube video on this model that shows the correct way (different from the manual). I bought the electric start but the unit is so easy to start without it that I seldom use it. Overall it is the best trimmer I have owned.

Comment:
Easy start feature bypasses pull cord by using optional start ratchet ($11). Shaft for easy start broke on second mowing, disabiling the feature. For the price, it failed miserably. It was returned to the box store for a higher rated unit NOT sold at a Box Store!!!

Comment:
The Line holder is designed to be reloaded without taking it apart. This just does not work. Line breaks off inside cartridge. Compounding the problem is the fact that the cartridge does not pull apart easily. This is very frustrating and I truly do not recommend this product. Defective Design, do not buy.
