It was a great product for 2 years, until the
battery kicked out. 4 months after the warranty ran
out. Just after I boasted this product to neighbors,
the battery deceided, to just quit, for no reason.
Was thinking about getting the 24 volt version, now
i'm not so sure. May go back to electric.

Comment:
My model is a WG 165, 24volt system and it is great. The battery charge lasts for a little over an hour and edged and trimmed the whole time. It had been a couple of months since I edged and the 165 had no trouble cutting a neat edge on straight and curved lawn decorative edging.

Comment:
I am very motivated to go cordless. I hate the cord and don't want gas.

This Worx looks good. It is a bit heavier than my cheap Black and Decker corded, and costs 3 times more.

I was ashamed in my yard. The thing sounds like a trimmer but whips the grass cutting very little.
It did edge, but nothing special.

So sad when it stops in 15 minutes. The same for the second battery. You can't recharge while working because a hot battery won't recharge. My yard is only 40'x60' but have many shrubs and a fence to cut around.

After whipping the grass till the batteries ran out, I plugged in the little cheap Black and Decker and
finally trimmed everything. The little corded tool is lighter and actually cuts.

I'll get my money back for this Worx this week.

I feel sort of like a sucker to have bought it.
