Pigskin (as in football) got us thinking about chicken—specifically Buffalo wings, seen at many Super Bowl gatherings. Our experienced tasters tried seven frozen products, all to be baked for 16 to 20 minutes.

Three wings have a few flaws: The Tyson product has slightly rubbery skin, Weaver has a fake-butter flavor, and Great Value chicken is chewy, with rubbery skin and an uneven coating.
