An analysis we conducted through an outside lab brings better news: Arby's, Burger King, Chick-Fil-A, KFC, McDonald's, and Wendy's all meet claims that they've cut trans fat from chicken pieces. Per serving, chicken nuggets or strips from their restaurants in five cities across the U.S. had no more than 0.3 gram of trans fat (0.5 g or less qualifies a food as trans-fat free).
