These are the types of fees charged by Ticketmaster. (With resellers, you'll skip the order-processing fee.)
- Building/Facility Added by some venues for use of the event setting.
- Convenience For staffing phone reservation systems and maintaining buildings and the Web site. Amount negotiated with event organizers.
To avoid it, buy at the box office.
- Order processing For buying by phone or online. Covers arranging for delivery (not delivery itself). Same amount whether you buy one ticket
or 10. Determined event-by-event.
- Delivery Express can cost up to $25. Even e-mail delivery can cost $2.50. On-site pickup is usually free, as is standard delivery (but you might not get your tickets for 14 days).
