Arm & Hammer's Web site says "change your Fridge-n-Freezer box every 3 months." The box itself says to do it every 30 days. Does that mean you have to buy the product three times as often? An Arm & Hammer customer-service rep seemed as puzzled as we were. "It's every three months," she said. "I'm going to report that to our marketing department. They have to do something with that box."
