The Toyota Matrix is a wagon offered in a 5dr Wgn Man L FWD (Natl), 5dr Wgn Auto L FWD (Natl), 5dr Wgn Man S FWD (Natl), 5dr Wgn Auto S FWD (Natl) and 5dr Wgn Auto S AWD (Natl). The powertrains include 1.8-liter 4 (132 hp) and 2.4-liter 4 (158 hp) engines, and 4-speed automatic, 5-speed automatic and 5-speed manual transmissions. It is Front or AWD wheel drive. EPA-rated fuel economy ranges from 21 mpg city to 29 mpg highway. The Matrix S 4-cyl uses Regular fuel.
