Good dessert choices from fast-food menus
Even the "good" fast-food items listed below often have more than ideal amounts of calories, saturated fat, and sodium. But most people can eat them occasionally. Someone who consumes 2,000 calories a day should get no more than 20 grams of saturated fat, and everyone should limit their sodium intake to less than 2,300 milligrams a day.
