Simple home tests for physical fitness

Use the tests below, all of which are recommended by the American Council on Exercise, to help set fitness goals and track your progress. To log your progress online, check out the President’s Challenge, the same organization many of us remember from our youth. And yes, even grown-ups can earn awards.
