Questions to ask yourself about the way you eat
Have you ever wondered whether your feelings about food are healthy? Here are five questions about eating habits that might be helpful. If you answer yes to two or more questions, you may be more concerned about food and eating than is healthy, and you may have an eating disorder.1
- Do you make yourself sick because you feel uncomfortably full?
- Do you worry you've lost control over how much you eat?
- Have you recently lost more than 14 pounds in three months?
- Do you think that you are fat even when others say you are too thin?
- Would you say that food dominates your life?
