What are the symptoms of tennis elbow?
Pain is the main symptom of tennis elbow.
The outside of your elbow becomes sore and tender. You may also feel pain in the muscles in your lower arm and the back of your hand. The pain and stiffness may spread to other parts of your arm, shoulder or neck. And you may notice your grasp is weak.1
Your pain may go away after a day or so, but it's likely to come back if you keep doing the activity that triggered your tennis elbow.
