"The problem was that infotainment system display screen would be blank and not turn on at all. It began the first winter after I bought the car in 2018 August. I thought it was a cold weather problem but it has done it when temperatures were warmer also. The professional at the dealership claims it is a bad tip in the infotainment system. They are unable to fix the problem and seemed reluctant to try."
