Sometimes, if I disconnect the phone from the car, and then reconnect it the car then might or might not find the phone. The car sometimes switcher from Android Auto maps(which I prefer)to Apple Maps for no apparent reason. I can switch back but it is a cumbersome procedure. Pandora is erratic , and if I am using the maps ad a song is playing which I want to identify, it takes three, sometimes four touch screen operations to find the information. After finding the information I'm looking for, it takes two operations to get back to the maps(home then car play). I think there is a problem in my car's cue system which has not been identified. Most of the time the system works well, but is still very cumbersome to operate ARUGH!!!"
Anonymous, (2018 Cadillac XT5 Base 3.6-L V6)"Sometimes when putting transmission in Reverse the guidelines on the backup camera do not appear. This is an intermittent conditon and does not affect the ability to use the backup camera to see behind the vehicle. It seems to only occur on first starting the car and backing from the garage but has happened at other times as well. Again, it does not interfere with the use of the camera, it only affects the guidelines that are not displayed on the display."

"My XT5 requires my cell phone to use driving routes, traffic, etc. It works intermittently. Repairs-trying to solve the problem have been to no avail. The day after I signed the lease, I tried to get out of it but was not permitted by dealership management. So I am stuck with it. I have driven Cadillacs since 1990 and have never experience problems that could not or would not be solved or resolved. This is, most likely, my last Cadillac. I still take advantage of the lease perks available and they have been provided graciously."
