"Took 3 service calls to dealership to diagnose/fix/replace a blend door actuator. Last service call resulted in vehicle at dealership for 3 weeks. Dash had to be completely removed in order to remove plenum box for replacement of blend door actuator on backside of plenum box."

Parts were not available anyplace except third party vendors that the dealership would not use because the repairs were to be done under my extended warranty. I complained to the Dealership, GM, and the WA Insurance commissioner. They finally agreed to buy one from 800 Radiators and warranty it as an OEM part. It took 5 weeks to get it back as I left it at the dealership as it was clear they had lots of other customers waiting for the same part. Very disappointed in GM as the part is subject to a service bulletin but I still had to pay the deductible under my extended warranty ($200)."
