(with seats removed, you can lay 4x8' sheets of plywood in the cargo area)"

"The 1999 to 2004 Generation 2 Honda Odyessy was an excellent DESIGN that was horribly BUILT. I have never had a vehicle that had so many petty details fail (door hinges, ignition lock, electrical lights, latches, etc). One outstanding feature that survived the fiasco is the drivers seat. I would argue that the 2003 Odyessy drivers seat is one of the most comfortable, generous, and easist to get in and out of. The Second row is also very good. That said the ride has always been pretty bad--much like an old truck on springs--and the nature of the Ody to lean steering one way or the other tends to create vibrations. Does tend to ride better with a full load than just with a driver. But the drivers position --which I will miss--is no compensation for such a poorly made (and expensive) vehicle that has soured me forever on th eonce venerable Honda brand,"

"Stay away at this point. I have been fortunate with the transmission unlike most, I have one of the oldest Ody's at my dealership. The carrying capacity is excellent volume wise: I can get a 4' x 4' x 4' cuble in the back with the third row folded down and a 4' x 8' sheet of plywood fits in the back with the 2nd row removed. Also 10' lengths of pipes will fit entirely inside between the seats."
