2017 Kia Cadenza Owner Satisfaction - Consumer Reports
The large, second-generation Cadenza proves again to be a pleasant, upscale sedan that favors accommodations and power but dynamic prowess is not its strong suit. It is very roomy, with a smooth powertrain, decent fuel economy, and easy to use controls. While it doesn't delight in terms of ride and handling, Kia's competitively-priced large sedan does plenty of things right.

Overall Owner Satisfaction

Consumer Reports’ Annual Owner Satisfaction Survey can improve the chances of finding a compatible car match. How? Our survey data reveals whether, all things considered, owners would buy the same car again. The answer to that question is what determines our owner-satisfaction rating, which is a powerful piece of intel because it predicts how well a particular model will satisfy other owners.

Value

Did you get what you wanted relative to the price you paid?

What Owners Say

"Compared to a Lexus 350 - had better features and a lower price. The only thing the Kia doesn’t have is the “Lexus‿ cachet. I don’t need a luxury name for more money."

Donald B., ON (2017 Kia Cadenza)

"Offerd over $11K in rebates to lease. After two years will purchase car. Total investment $31K. Car listed at $44K"

Kevin N., SC (2017 Kia Cadenza)

"I used to drive Toyota Avalons and was very pleased with them. On replacing my last Avalon I was introduced by a dealer to the 2008 Kia Amanti, my first and much appreciated KIA. After a sever Oklahoma hail storm I replace the Amanti with a 2014 KIA Cadenza that offered all of the amenities and reliability of the Avalon Limited at a better value. My new 2017 Cadenza provides some additional features not included on the 2014 and gets better gas mileage (33 to 35 MPG depending on wind direction) thank to the 8 forward gear transmission."

Dean B., OK (2017 Kia Cadenza)

"Great safety equipment"

Dennis S., GA (2017 Kia Cadenza)

"The apparent quality of construction, optional equipment, power, handling, and quiet comfortable ride are what I wuld expect from a more expensive luxury sedan."

John B., OK (2017 Kia Cadenza)

"It was an amazing value - 36 months No money down - $325.00 a month for a Cadenza Technology"

Stuart B., FL (2017 Kia Cadenza)

"There was a $10000 rebate on the lease for this car at the time of purchase. I felt this was an exceptional price.. Car has been nothing but wonderful so far."

Howard D., FL (2017 Kia Cadenza)

"The car is loaded with comfort, technology as well as other features found on much higher priced cars. This is a very nice car."

Dave H., OH (2017 Kia Cadenza)

"Plenty of standard features on car"

Anonymous, NY (2017 Kia Cadenza)

"Functionally the Cadenza compares favorably with competitors and I prefer its styling to that of the competitors."

James M., MD (2017 Kia Cadenza)

"The things that stands out are the number and quality of high-quality features. This includes an intuitive electronics package (touch screen interface paired up with just the right array of buttons), the full assembly of driving safety features (blind side vehicle warning, 360 degree cameras for backups and parking, etc., and the HUD display, and the adaptive cruise, and the great headlights."

Joseph M., MA (2017 Kia Cadenza)
