My 2006 Lexus navigation was much more efficient. And then, like the entertainment voice recognition, navigation can't interpret the commands I give it. Usually I end up very frustrated and want to head toward the Lexus dealership to ??? I don't know what.... I'll never buy another car from the Baton Rouge, LA Lexus dealer because of the indisputable lies my car salesman told me during the sales process. These weren't exaggerations, but concrete lies. I was told this 2015 350 RX had the same motor as my 2006 330 RX and therefore the same gas mileage. I have to blame myself for being so uninformed, but the salesman definitely took advantage of that obvious fact. I wasn't knowledgeable enough at the time to question what I was being told."

"Voice control more often than not can't interpret my voice commands; once it gets it wrong, it gets stuck on that wrong command. To make a phone call (also true of navigation) , sometimes I have to go through 4 steps instead of one or two. Controls are unnecessarily complicated and dangerous because I have to look down at the control knob then back at the screen to complete a task (more often, NOT complete the task. I visited the Lexus dealer three time for help with these issues and was told I would get used to this device. I will probably get rid of this car for this reason and the very low gas mileage. I was told outright lies about the gas mileage when I bought the car."
