Anonymous, (2007 Toyota Corolla S 1.8-L 4 Cyl)"The bumper, such that it claims to be, is terrible looking because I have to park on the street. Any time someone touches that bumper it gets scarred--and it's not just my old Corolla; it's most of the older cars in my neighborhood. My Honda Accord had the same problem. I once bought a Hyundai Santa Fe partly because it had a real bumper. I'm afraid manufacturers don't much care what the bottom 90% of car buyers want."
Anonymous, VA (2007 Toyota Corolla Unsure 1.8-L 4 Cyl)"On the hood of Corolla flakes of pain chipping off."
Anonymous, VA (2007 Toyota Corolla Unsure 1.8-L 4 Cyl)"THE PAINT HAS COMPLETELY PEELED OFF THE HOOD, 2 FRONT SIDE PANELS AND PART OF THE ROOF. IT'S UNSIGHTLY BUT IT'S AN OLD CAR SO I'M NOT REALLY WORRIED."
Katherine W., VA (2007 Toyota Corolla CE 1.8-L 4 Cyl)"The top shiny layer of paint peeled off the entire driver's side of the vehicle and is now starting to peel off the roof of the car, starting on the driver's side. The passenger side of the vehicle does not have this problem."

Anonymous, TX (2007 Toyota Corolla CE 1.8-L 4 Cyl)"The aluminum alloy wheels have had a problem with bubbling of the paint/finish for a number of years. Toyota replaced 3 under warranty but since the 4th displayed problems after the warranty expired, Toyota will no longer replace it. Aluminum should not bubble and rust unless there is a manufacturing defect"
Anonymous, CA (2007 Toyota Corolla S 1.8-L 4 Cyl)"Overall Toyota does a very poor job with their paint and body work. Hubcaps never stay on the car and the paint scraped just by me placing a box on the trunk deck. The paint is very cheap and doesn't keep its color"

"A plastic grid piece was lost from the front in icy weather. I think this was more a fault of Richmond, Virginia potholes than Toyota."
