Anonymous, NC (2018 Toyota Highlander LE 3.5-L V6)"The voice commands for navigation are useless except for entertainment. We were driving to Yosemite National park and it couldn't recognize the work Yosemite and returned something not even close such that one could only laugh. Entering the data doesn't work either. My husband is a computer expert and if he can't get it to work then the rest of us are doomed. We always use our cell phone to find where we are going as navigation is useless."
Anonymous, CA (2018 Toyota Highlander Limited 3.5-L V6)"The system always takes you to the main roads. Will not let you take a scenic trip. Always turns you back to a main road."
Alan F., TX (2018 Toyota Highlander Limited 3.5-L V6)"While using the Navigation System, I have had multiple times where the system locked up while I was driving. Douglas P., IL (2018 Toyota Highlander Limited 3.5-L V6)"the upgraded JBL Etune system Blue tooth Has a constant echo to ANYONE you are talking too. Toyota has installed software update which did nothing. In the Toyota you here fine but Everyone you are talking to hears a repeat or echo.I am still working with Toyota but they Have done NOTHING yet that has fixed it. The service tech at dealership admitted they are having problems with this. Have tried pairing other types of phones- no change. The problem is in the Radio/ Bluetooth system."
Anonymous, IL (2018 Toyota Highlander XLE 3.5-L V6)"When my phone is linked in bluetooth and I try to talk to someone else that has an iPhone, it echoes on their end. When i take it in to be fixed, they turn the volume down, it helps it not echo on the other end, but then I can't hear. I turn the volume up so I can hear and then it echoes on the other end. I see that others have the same problem. I will be leaving toyota because of this."

Joe J., TX (2018 Toyota Highlander LE 3.5-L V6)"IT DOESN'T UNDERSTAND MY VOICE COMANDS"
Robert P., FL (2018 Toyota Highlander Limited 3.5-L V6)"I am a salesman, and use my phone all day long. I am keeping a log of how many call so and so Entune screws up. The current number is 57% bad, 43% good. It has been to the dealer 3 times for the issue. While they are very competent, nothing they have done comes close to fixing the problem. Frankly, Entune is a joke. I have yet, once, to successfully enter an address into the nav system. I see that Toyota, between 2017 and 2018, added a second microphone (just above the driver's visor), in what I assume is an attempt to fix the problem. No joy. I have done the voice training numerous time. No joy. As much as I enjoy the vehicle overall, I cannot see myself ever buying a Toyota again until they radically upgrade Entune. For the record, overall in the past 50 years I have owned or leased 11 Toyotas. Entune is so damn frustrating."
Mike P., CA (2018 Toyota Highlander XLE 3.5-L V6)"VCC do not work well on navigation when car moving. Does not recognize commands given and we are following the suggested command specifics"

"The Navigation screen continually reboots while driving, which makes it impossible to use the navigation system or listen to music. This vehicle has been taken to the dealership twice under warranty for this problem. They finally ordered a new radio which we are currently waiting on. This problem occurs with my wife's iPhone in the car and very rarely with my iPhone X in the car. The radio has had the most recent update and the problem continues. I have disconnected the battery to "reboot" the system and have unpaired both iPhones and paired them again and the problem persists."
