The RAV4 is quite competitive in its class with either the standard four-cylinder or the optional V6 engine. Improvements to the four-cylinder engine for this version of the compact Toyota SUV reduced noise. An available third-row seat and powerful V6 make it a good alternative to some midsized SUVs. The RAV4 is agile and roomy, rides comfortably and has a smooth drivetrain and a flexible interior.

Overall Owner Satisfaction

Consumer Reports’ Annual Owner Satisfaction Survey can improve the chances of finding a compatible car match. How? Our survey data reveals whether, all things considered, owners would buy the same car again. The answer to that question is what determines our owner-satisfaction rating, which is a powerful piece of intel because it predicts how well a particular model will satisfy other owners.

What Owners Say

“Acceleration and cargo space.”

Anonymous, IL (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“smooth on the highway; great acceleration when needed to pass; handles very well”

Anonymous, ME (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“RAV has quick response and acceleration”

Anonymous, CA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Accelerates quickly and easily when it is needed. Very responsive to turning and easy to park.”

LONG E., ON (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“The shifting from third to fourth gear (automatic) is sluggish, which I've never liked. Other than that, it handles well. But I drive a lot of highway miles and getting on the highway this is a significant drag, pun intended.”

Anonymous, NJ (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“the brake and accelerator interfere with each other and can cause accidents at low speeds”

Anonymous, SK (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“I'm overall very satisfy with this vehicle acceleration and handling,”

HARRY D., FL (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Ride is stiff and not comfortable.”

Anonymous, WI (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“This model is a six cylinder, which Toyota is no longer making in the Rav. It helps on the road for passing slower vehicles, especially on hills.”

Anonymous, AZ (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“The 270hp v6 provides dynamite acceleration and great handling while getting ~28-29mph highway and 22-25 local.”

RICHARD B., NC (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“The V6 engine is a dream. Why Toyota got rid of it on this model is incomprehensible. 100 more horespower over the 4 cylinder with only a 1 mpg hit is a terrific tradeoff.”

KEVIN A., IA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Accelerates very rapidly, which is important for passing on two lane highways and for getting through traffic on busy freeways.”

DAVID M., CA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Love the acceleration, although there can be a split second delay.”

Anonymous, WI (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“small 4 cylinder does not provide quick acceleration”

Anonymous, VA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“I have a RAV4 with the v6 Toyota no longer makes anything to compare.”

Anonymous, VA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Great acceleration, handles like a sports car. Have driven across the country twice; loved every minute of it.”

ROBERT C., NC (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“It has plenty of zoom to get on the freeway or get out of the way if I have to. It's very easy to steer. Of course, I pay for that in gas mileage and would rather have an electric or hybrid even if I had to do without the speedy acceleration. The best choice would be a Tesla, but outside my price range!”

LINDA E., CA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“The small V4 chugs up hills.”

Anonymous, ON (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Fun to drive, great pick-up”

Anonymous, MB (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“lots of power, cargo capacity, fold down rear seat. (good) noise (bad)”

J M., WA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“This model of RAV4 with the V6 engine, drives and accelerates like a sports car. Really wish Toyota would've kept making this engine in the new RAV4.”

MICHAEL M., VA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“There has been an obvious hesitation the last few years, but the dealership service area keeps telling me it's the a/c or the engine not "strong enough" for the a/c or (now) "there is a 'known' issue with RAV engines" instead of just trying to fix it since THEY can't seem to replicate it when THEY drive it. I suggested it might need a tune-up. I had put "gumout" in recently and it seemed to work a bit better.”

Anonymous, TX (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Great in snow with the proper tires. Handles very well.”

JOAN A., NH (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“it is really zippy around town and very easy to drive and maneuver on the city streets. Because of the short wheel base it is a bit choppy on the highway.”

L W., NE (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“V-6 provides wonderful acceleration. Too bad they no longer offer this option.”

MYRON S., CA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Often hesitates to accelerate, pedal must be floored to force a downshift. Not sure if it's a throttle or transmission issue.”

Anonymous, NB (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“I wouldn't have bought the car without the 6cyl. It makes the car extremely peppy and great to drive.”

Anonymous, CA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Very good acceleration, great in snow.”

RICHARD H., VA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“My model has the V6 option. Acceleration is excellent. The only thing I do not like is that the transmission sometimes hesitates before downshifting. This is most noticeable when I slow down and then try immediately to accelerate.”

Anonymous, ON (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Stops beautifully- and handles smoothly”

Anonymous, FL (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“6 cylinder engine very peppy and responsive. Never pauses when I step on the gas.”

TERESIA C., FL (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Very nice ride. Since I only put very miles on it, I have nothing bad to add, & hope never.”

Anonymous, IL (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“I have driven cars (US made and foreign) for over 50 years, this is the most pleasant and problem-free car I have had. The tires my RAV4 came with only lasted some 35000 miles, but I switched to Michelin (upon CU recommendation), and those have lasted for 65000 miles. RAV4 is a terrific vehicle, so useful in all my ventures and needs.”

WALTHER S., NV (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Great has it when you need it to pass another car.”

Anonymous, MI (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Great acceleration for a small SUV. Cornering and parking are very good.”

LEON R., OH (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Excellent acceleration especially useful in highway driving. Plenty of power to pull our boat.”

Anonymous, ON (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Is extremely powerful, fantastic acceleration.”

Anonymous, MI (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“acceleration during highway driving. Never have to worry when passing on a two lane highway”

Anonymous, BC (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Hesitating, feels almost like stalling after slowing down from higher speeds and then trying accelerate,i think tranny jumps back 2 gears which makes car to lurk ahead.”

Anonymous, ON (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“I have the V6 in my RAV4 and it is very fast. When passing I never have to floor it to get around anyone, I just tap the gas pedal and it's go. I love it.”

WILLIAM M., GA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Ride and handling still very much better than the sum of its parts.”

Anonymous, ON (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Consistancie,Toyota willing to go the extra mile to keep my eva in top shape”

ROBERT K., AZ (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“to many problems to explain . i got a bad one. i bought it new.”

JAMES S., WI (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Comfortable & low upkeep. We seldom go east so it has low mileage & low upkeep.”

WILLIAM M., CA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Excellent acceleration. Not very stable on curves.”

Anonymous, CA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“When the engine is cold going up a hill, it pauses, slows acceleration, then suddenly takes off. Handling is average.”

Anonymous, OR (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Great acceleration but at the sacrifice of fuel economy in the city”

Anonymous, CO (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“The Rav4 has great acceleration and handling. We were looking to buy a new one 2 years ago but stopped when we found out that newer models don't have 6 cylinder engines.”

Anonymous, PA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“good power, tow package of 3500 lbs”

THOMAS R., CA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Corners well for SUV, but took several trips to stealership for them to correctly repair the rear trailing arm that was replaced as recall item. RAV was very wobbly in cornering (apex to exit) until this gross mistake was corrected.”

Anonymous, MD (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“I love the acceleration of the V6 engine and the nimble handling.”

JAMES T., IL (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Excellent engine and handling.”

Anonymous, ON (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Really appreciate the V6 engine. This has been a great choice, both for passing on rural roads, and to provide nimbleness and maneuverability to get out of difficult situations on urban expressways.”

Anonymous, IL (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“The acceleration uphill during rush hour is inadequate. The car weighs nearly 5000 pounds and the engine produces 166 horsepower (when new) Merging onto high speed traffic can be a serious problem.”

Anonymous, CT (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Acceleration is very good, my vehicle is equipped with a V6 engine.”

MEL S., GA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“I got the four cylinder version and it is under powered, especially in the mountains”

Anonymous, CO (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“6 cylinder is quick. Can't believe it's not available in the newer ones”

LARRY C., KS (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Terrific acceleration with the V6. Steering is precise and quick.”

MIKE A., IL (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Always accelerates to my satisfaction. Still going great at 215,000 miles”

DONALD W., FL (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Bought the V6. Great acceleration. Four cylinder is sluggish.”

Anonymous, CT (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“It is a V6 which gives great accerleration and handling on roads especially interstates.”

Anonymous, FL (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“very good handling for an suv, much better than the honda crv”

NEIL S., WA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

Comfort

Includes seats, climate control, noise, and ride

What Owners Say

“This car, even though it only has 60,000 miles, definitely feels outdated. The NVH levels are pretty high.”

S S., NJ (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Seats are very comfortable & roomy. Good leg room, great ac. Car is noisy.”

JOAN A., NH (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Electric seat moves ridiculously slow. Sea angle does not adjust enough for a short driver, making longer drives less comfortable.”

Anonymous, IN (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“The ride is somewhat choppy, but this is probably due to the truck like suspension and short wheelbase.”

Anonymous, ON (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“I like the comfort”

Anonymous, CA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“can not adjust seats to my liking with the 'manual' controls. Needs power seats.”

LARRY W., IL (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Cabin noise makes it difficult to hear radio and audio systems. Not much sound proofing for hood and its design allows local rodents to store acorns in it with no good way to remove them.”

Anonymous, OR (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“The base model of RAV is noisy and the ride is stiff. The seats don't provide much leg support to a tall person because the seat pitch seems too short.”

Anonymous, GA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Whine of engine noise especially when accelerating.”

CONNIE B., CA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“The seats are hard, not good lumbar support, limited adjustments. The car is noisy and rough, though that isn't as much an issue since it does have 170,000 miles on it. Pretty basic comfort.”

Anonymous, OR (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Noisy ride, cheap seats,”

GEORGE G., KS (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“stiff ride, road noise”

Anonymous, IA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Too much road noise.”

GARRY J., IN (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Vehicle seats are comfortable but as I am over 6 feet tall I find extended time driving results in my old knees locking up and becoming very painful. I am unable to straighten out my legs to relieve the cramps. The short wheel base, on our gravel roads, make for a rougher ride.”

Anonymous, ON (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Seats leave me with a sore back on trips longer than 1 hour”

BRIAN N., ON (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Seats are extremely comfortable.”

Anonymous, MI (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Increasingly noisy ride with increasing speed.”

JEFFREY K., UT (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“The RAV is fairly uncomfortable for long haul trips as the seats are just too hard. Four hours of driving time is about our maximum in this car. Otherwise it is reliably boring with a good sound system. As it's aged it's become a lot noisier with rattles around the sun roof we can't seem to contain. These two factors will lead us away from replacement with the same car. The reliability is a plus.”

Anonymous, CA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“High seats for getting in and out.”

EILEEN P., NY (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“I like the simple A/C controls, it has a comfortable ride, a very roomy cabin and sometimes a squeaky interior.”

CARLOS G., TX (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Lots of road noise”

DAVID C., UT (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“The leg room is an issue for me. I am 6'1" and my right leg is right next to the floor consule and the pedal is not at a good angle for driving. Uncomfortable to drive for more than 10 minutes.”

Anonymous, NJ (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Road and wind noises are somewhat high, even with the roof rack struts adjusted to the factory suggested positions, advertised to minimize wind noise.”

MICHAEL W., AL (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Driver seat should adjust back further. Seats cushions are too short for longer legs. No height adjustment for passenger seat.”

WERNER S., AB (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“This vehicle is very noisy, most notably the engine. The 2.4L 4 cylinder engine has gotten noisier over time, and it has always struggled to keep up at high speeds, especially when trying to pass on the highway. This same engine feels much more powerful in a car like the Camry. I wish I had paid more for the V6.”

WILLIAM R., TN (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“All is great except the road noise. It's not quiet at all when driving. That's the one complaint I have.”

DIANE S., CA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Heated leather seats are very comfortable. Driver's seat has lumbar support adjustment also. Noise is acceptable for a vehicle at this price point.”

LEON R., OH (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Relatively low mileage, but struts have stiffened. Very hard ride now.”

BRUCE L., GA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Front seats are very uncomfortable with little thigh support. Not good for long drives.”

CHARLES S., FL (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“The seats are awful. I love everything else about my car but the headrests are tinted forward like they expect everyone to drive reclined. The lumbar support is also lacking.”

Anonymous, NE (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Drivers seat is all power operated, and the forward/back travel is very restricted. I have always felt too close to the wheel, even in the farthest back position.”

RICHARD S., WI (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“The ride is noisie and dealer service is not reliable”

VINCENT M., CA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Could be quieter inside. Wish the drivers seat would go back another one or two inches.”

TERRY P., OH (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“The front seats lack enough support to be comfortable on long drives. The climate control has never been effective at delivering fresh air, with the temperature of the incoming air being warner than the air outside. Thus, on a 70 degree day, the A/C is on. In addition, there is no way to slow the air flow from an interior vent. It is either on or off.”

Anonymous, FL (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Comfortable seats, excellent climate control. But it is NOT a quiet ride!”

THOMAS H., NC (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“I could use a little more back support in the driver seat.”

BARBARA M., WI (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“This car is a mass of rattles! The rack and pinion steering gear has apparently failed, and there is a heavy rattle in the rear also. Many minor interior rattles also. This car has 53,000 miles. Who ever heard of a steering gear failure at that mileage!”

DAVID Y., OR (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“This RAV4 is very rough riding and the road noise makes the premium sound system worthless. Passengers get bounced and jounced unmercifully, NOT a pleasant driving/riding experience!”

L T., OR (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Not much front seat room. Gas mileage not good.”

JOHN S., AL (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“The driver seat does not go back far enough. The seats are stiff and not very comfortable on long trips”

LARRY O., NY (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“The seats are not comfortable for a long trip. This is the only aspect of this car that is not outstanding.”

ALAN H., CA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“The steering linkage frequently makes a clunking sound and feel at low speed. Toyota knows there is a defect that causes the problem, but they refuse to do anything other than to offer an $800 repair.”

JOHN M., NC (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“It is noisy and the seats are no longer comfortable.”

Anonymous, FL (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Fair amount of road noise. Ride could be more comfortable.”

Anonymous, OR (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“V-e-r-y noisy at highway speeds.”

TIM O., IN (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“The driver's seat just conforms to my body beautifully, it's easy for an older person to get in and out of the car, and I like the visibility it provides me in traffic.”

MICHAEL L., CA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“It is a bit too noisy.”

Anonymous, ON (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“The cabin noise is excessive and interferes with conversation particularly with rear seat passengers.”

Anonymous, FL (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Road noise s a bit loud Acceleration is great”

MATTHEW R., OH (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“The noise level in the cabin could be better, as in much quieter. Don't really even use my bluetooth because it's so loud in the cabin. Making bluetooth useless.”

JAY A., OK (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Has too much road noise.”

Anonymous, CO (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“For a tall driver, seats don't go back far enough. This is a big problem for me in ALL Toyotas. The layout of controls is so similar to the Subaru it's easy to switch without compromise.”

Anonymous, OR (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Driver Seat does not provide good support. You start to feel it on long trips. Leg room in driver positions bit cramped”

Anonymous, NJ (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“noisy bumpy ride”

Anonymous, CA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Seats are quite uncomfortable on long drives-- hard and not conforming to back and seat”

MICHAEL M., SD (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Great lumbar support in drivers seat..”

DAVID C., PA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“This is a car for errands and tasks around town. On the road for long distance driving, the seats are very very uncomfortable and poorly padded, the headrest is misplaced in the up position with the pad putting point pressure on the back of the head. F- for comfort.”

Anonymous, FL (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Uncomfortable seats for an average size person. Short seat, Lumbar support.better because of an electronic seat (extra expense)”

Anonymous, CA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“back seat is like an old church pew.”

Anonymous, ON (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Not enough leg room for driver. Seat doesn't move back far enough.”

Anonymous, NY (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Plenty of leg room in back for passengers. Everyone in car is very comfortable”

SHERRI B., CA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“We have the Limited Trim and it has the automatic climate control. It works GREAT and am so glad we opted for this (probably would not have gotten the Limited except we felt we wanted the dual climate control). Seats are fine have had this car for over 9 years and am very happy with it. Has great reliability and am very happy with cost of ownership.”

MATTHEW L., WA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“The road noise is very loud. Regardless of the tires i have put on, they should invest in making a quieter ride. Everything else about the Rav I absolutely love.”

STACEY P., AB (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Ride is not terribly smooth and it's pretty noisy. I don't think this is necessarily a deal breaker, it's just the body style that makes most SUVs bumpier and noisier. Like every Toyota I've ever had, the defroster can be frustrating because I don't like to let in smelly outside air. I always recirculate, so that affects the defroster.”

LINDA E., CA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“The blue tooth phone speaker is located in the line with the mirror so the only way someone can really hear me clearly would be for me to turn my head up AWAY from the road. When driving at highway speeds (65mph) you can hear wind. The pickup on the car is phenomenal!! The climate control (even after 9 years is incredible, the seats are comfortable and supportive. My biggest complaint is that I can't replace this car because Toyota has stopped making the V6 - and I have driven the 4 cylinder a”

Anonymous, FL (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Not made for anyone 6 feet tall. My knee is against the dash as I drive it. We had to replace the battery today. It only lasted a year. That battery was the fourth one that went bad since we got the car. We have had to do a break job in it twice.”

R T., FL (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Terribly loud road noise on interstates”

MARTHA H., WA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“climate control a tad weak”

DALE T., TX (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“good seats, back support”

PAUL L., CA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Excessive road, wind, Tire noise. Wear earplugs whem driving on hwy.”

R M., WI (2007 Toyota RAV4)

Anonymous, TX (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Acceleration is great and reliability have no issues a little road noise but to be expected from a 9yr old car.”

Anonymous, MI (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Reliable. Low maintenance. Handles well”

ANDREA C., TX (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“I purchased it through a rental car company program. It had only 14,000+ miles on it and I was able to get it through my credit union for a minimal price. It was a very good deal for an almost new vehicle.”

Anonymous, CO (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“I bought the car in 2010 for $15,000 (with taxes, license, etc. $17,000). Everybody wants that car! I often have dealers and individuals asking if I want to sell. And my Toyota Rav4 has been very reliable -- a big change from my last car, a Subaru Forester, which ate money!”

NOELLE D., MN (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Too many recalls.”

Anonymous, UT (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Purchased new in December 2006 as a 2007 model it was rated highly by CU; however, in short time several problems arose. The front driver seat components had to be replaced twice for foam padding and seat cover issues; rear shocks failed (leaked) just one month after the manufacturer's warranty expired (and less than 24,000 miles; Rear brakes had to be replaced at less than 30,000 miles and then the fronts about 5,000 miles later (note - the vehicle the Toyota replaced was a loaded Mercury Villa”

M K., NJ (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Maintenance has been expensive but the car has generally been reliable. I take it to the dealer because they are reliable.”

“It laste 118,000 miles”

WILLIAM F., NY (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“good mileage, good wear and tear, happy with care”

Anonymous, PA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“I bought a Toyota because of its reputation to last over many years. I've had to put a lot of money into repairs over the past 4 years, and have had problems with the intermediate drive shaft since I bought the car. It has been replaced by Toyota 3 times, and the last time they told me they wouldn't do it again "when" it breaks again.”

Anonymous, FL (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“A lot of car for the money. Reliable”

Anonymous, MA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“very reliable, not many repairs other than a large number of recalls”

NEIL S., WA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Rav4 has been very reliable. 250K KM and still only needing maintenance. No unexpected repairs in the past 140k KM.”

Anonymous, ON (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“EPA sticker rated 28 mpg highway, have never done better than 21-22 mpg highway. Lost all trust in Toyota.”

GERALD L., SD (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Great value, great quality. Nice to not have to deal with timing belt in this car”

Anonymous, GA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“This car has been very dependable and had been one of the most "usful" cars we've owned - very mulitifunctional and a very good "winter car".”

JIM G., MI (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Very satisfied. Detailing of the interior excellent compared to Chevy. Has had almost no problems with this car. Very dependable”

MICHAEL E., MN (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“This car started having problems with burning oil around 107000 miles. Toyota rebuilt the engine at no cost to us.”

Styling

How it looks inside and out

What Owners Say

“excellent design”

DALE T., TX (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“I do not like the way the door opens in the back of the vehicle or the way the spare is kept.”

LARRY R., NE (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“It's old but still comfortable. We have a home on the east coast. Car is kept garaged there. Low mileage, low upkeep.”

WILLIAM M., CA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“came off the boat with a lot of rust, completely replaced brake system. tire rims ,alot of rust, all for rims replaced. replaced, altornator, brake system. water pump stablilizer bar .”

JAMES S., WI (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Great interior. Holds up over time.”

Anonymous, FL (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Interior is not attractive, looks cheesy”

TERESA V., CA (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“The rear mounted spare and side hinged door are an issue when parked in tight spaces. I also don't like the right side hinge placement. Obviously Toyota did not design this for the American market. Also, the front seats are uncomfortable for long distance driving, and the leather on the driver's side seat is cracking significantly. Acceleration is AWESOME on this vehicle with the V6 engine. It has gotten me out of a few tight places on the highway. I'll never go back to an under-powered car.”

MIKE A., IL (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“Much prefer the styling of the 2007 RAV4 to that of the 2016 model. The front end of the 2016 model looks like it is frowning or scowling. The 2007 model just looks like a vehicle.”

PAUL K., OH (2007 Toyota RAV4)

“like the way it looks”
