"The biggest problem I have with this Volvo is the transmission. It slams into gear when shifting from reverse to drive. The dealership had to reprogram the system once under warranty to fix the problem, but it is happening again and they won't fix it without charging me like $300. Given it is an established problem with the vehicle that was fixed once under warranty already, they should fix it free of charge now."
