The Fairness by Design Playbook is a pro-consumer product design guide created to invite digital finance product developers to race to the top for consumers.
Building upon Consumer Reports’ Fair Digital Finance Framework, insights from three years of digital financial product evaluations, and hundreds of hours of industry engagement, it guides the design of products at the roadmap level so that critical customer needs are met, and emerging technologies and trends are leveraged to create a better customer experience.
The Fairness by Design Playbook specifically aims to:
